Understanding the Probate and Family Court

The Probate and Family Court in Plymouth County, Massachusetts generally deals with cases regarding family issues.  These cases include, but are not limited to:  adoption, divorce, separation, separate support, probate of estates, will filing, adjudicating a father, child support, guardianships, abuse, and equity matters.
