Equity Department

The Equity Department is a sub unit within the
Probate Department. There is one employee responsible for processing
all new complaints and docketing these particular cases. There are
approximately 100 Equities filed in this Court per year.
Generally speaking equity cases are cases
involving Petitions to Partition and any case involving disputes where the
final result is non-monetary.
